After our morning stop over in Fort Bragg. We were back on the road again heading north to the Redwood forests.
While we knew we had been driving the coast last night, it had been far to dark to see the view.
In the daylight we could see miles and miles of pretty ocean coastline.
After half an hour or so, we turned east back to the winding mountain roads that would lead us back to the redwood forests.
Tree tunnel. 🙂
Giant Tree! We’re getting close!
After 2 hours, we were back to the road block that forced us off course last night. It was clear!
There were pockets of stop and go still around the crash but onward we went.
To see beautiful rivers, mountains, and valleys.
We stopped to take photos.
Which never turn out as good as being there in real life. 🙂
And I was obsessed with this fluffy grass we had seen everywhere!
They looked just like giant fluffy squirrel tails! Ha ha.
So Adam picked one for me.
Thank you min prince! ❤
And then chased me with it!!!!
Sooooo funny. (I’m rolling my eyes.)
But, he redeemed himself by making a bunny/squirrel tail for our car. 🙂
