Dallas Girls Trip

It was time for another girls trip. I had plans to meet my NYC friend Kaitlin in Dallas, TX.  We’ve traveled all over the world together and she’s my favorite travel buddy.  We’ve never traveled domestically together, but decided to meet somewhere between California and NYC that was warm. 🙂

We stayed at the Joule Hotel in Dallas, Texas. It’s a boutique hotel, very artsy, great coffee and a great spa!  Adam packed me surprise love notes. ❤

We feel in love with the Frito pie at All Good Cafe, we went twice and had to double up on those gym sessions. 🙂  We both love Bebe Rexha when she was brunette. 🙂

Exploring street art and shops in Deep Ellum.

we rented a Camero and drove out of the city for a day to a ranch in the country side.  On the way, we drove through an abandoned town with a huge old abandoned hotel. We stayed and explored for a bit. 🙂  I captured Kaitlin trying to hop the brick wall in the bottom photo. 🙂

Our ‘bitchin Camero’ and other classic cars hanging out at the race.  Note to self, next a man missing several teeth tells me it’s fine to drive our Camaro down the dirt road to the lake; remember I’m in Texas and it’s not a great idea with a rental car. 🙂

We survived to feed the longhorns in the morning.

On the way back we stumbled on this adorable cafe!  Arcadia Coffee!  Started by two sisters. I loved it!

Plus, they had this awesome tipi in their reading corner. 🙂

It was a super fun trip.
